Refund Policy

AlgoKod sells digital software products (Expert Advisors and Utilities for MetaTrader 5). Because our products are delivered instantly as digital goods, our refund policy reflects the nature of these purchases.

Important: By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the license key has been delivered.

1. No Refunds After Delivery

All sales of digital products are final. Once a license key has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits — except in the cases described in Section 2 below.

This policy is consistent with consumer protection laws applicable to digital content delivered with the customer's prior consent (e.g. EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), Turkish Consumer Protection Law).

2. Exceptions — Eligible for Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery — Your license key was not delivered within 24 hours and you cannot reach us to resolve the issue.
  • Unresolved technical failure — The product does not function at all on a compatible MT5 setup and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your support request.
  • Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error.

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, incompatibility with unsupported brokers or platforms, trading losses, or failure to follow the installation guide.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible cases above:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • Send your order confirmation email and a description of the issue to info@algokod.com or via WhatsApp.
  • Allow us up to 7 business days to investigate and respond.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Try Before You Buy

We offer a free demo license for each product so you can test full functionality on a demo account before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to use the demo and watch the installation video to ensure compatibility with your setup.
