Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any AlgoKod product or service. By accessing algokod.com or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & License

AlgoKod sells digital software products ("Expert Advisors" / "Utilities") designed to run on the MetaTrader 5 platform. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-account license to use the product for your personal trading.

  • Each license is valid for one MetaTrader 5 live account and one demo account.
  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software.
  • The license is perpetual (lifetime access) with no recurring fee.

2. Requirements

  • MetaTrader 5 platform (build 2700 or later recommended).
  • A compatible broker account with MT5 access.
  • A Windows PC or VPS capable of running MT5 (the EA runs inside MT5).

3. Not Financial Advice

AlgoKod products are execution and risk-management tools. Nothing on this website or within the software constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading leveraged instruments carries significant risk. Past results displayed are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Delivery

License keys are delivered electronically via email immediately after a successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your key within 24 hours, contact us at info@algokod.com.

5. Updates

Minor updates and bug fixes are provided free of charge for the licensed version. AlgoKod reserves the right to release major version upgrades as separate paid products.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoKod shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, or other financial damages arising from the use of our products. The total liability of AlgoKod shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Using the software in violation of your broker's terms.
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing the license key to third parties.
  • Attempting to decompile, crack, or reverse-engineer the software.

8. Termination

AlgoKod reserves the right to terminate or suspend a license if these Terms are violated, without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
